Arcade / on-location games can credit up through various non-traditional means, e.g., paid location entry with all games on free play, swipe card systems, integrated cashless systems, bill collectors, etc. Some locations might switch games between coin drop and free play for tournaments or other events. In these cases, operators may want to cover the coin slots to prevent confusion -- especially from younger clientele who aren't always sure how to operate or credit the games. Locations who do utilize coin drop might experience a coin slot that jams or breaks (without immediate opportunity to repair), so an operator might want to cover one of the two available slots.

In any of the above scenarios, consider Rocket City Pinball's CoinBlockers! These are designed to fit most modern games that use the Universal Pinball Validator Door (P/N 40-0696-30) from Suzo-Happ (reference https://na.suzohapp.com/products/coin_doors/40-0696-30). CoinBlockers are designed to snugly fit over the coin slot frames, and have a textured surface finish to blend in with the finish of the door. Simply press the CoinBlocker firmly in place and the coin slots disappear! To remove, firmly grasp the CoinBlocker and pull/rock it until it pops off.

Q: Could a guest remove this?
A: Only with adequate force -- but why would they? The CoinBlocker blends in with the door and in most cases will be completely ignored. It cannot be removed with an inadvertent bump; they are very snug when installed so removal requires intent.

CoinBlockers are available in Dual-Slot style which covers both slots (ideal for free play or swipe card setups). Broken or jammed slot? Cover it in a flash (until you have time to repair it) with the single-slot style CoinBlocker. One wall on the Single-Slot version is thin enough to fit between the two slot frames. Single-Slot style can also be used on doors with wider slot spacing (e.g., 40-0707-00), or exported games with only a single slot.

Wanna get fancy? CoinBlockers can also be customized with your location's logo! Send a vectorized or layered version of your logo and it can be printed right onto your CoinBlocker. (For customized CoinBlockers, you must add one Customization Fee to your cart, regardless of the number of CoinBlockers you intend to order. This is for the time required to process the logo and integrate it into the CoinBlocker model for printing.)

Intimidating Sentinel heads stare back at you from these 3D printed coin reject buttons. The buttons are printed using mid-layer filament changes, allowing for full color designs while permanently fusing the design to the button.

Purchase includes a pair of buttons, two colored bulbs where applicable (e.g., purple), and two replacement e-clips since Stern appears to have begun using the ridiculously tiny ones again. (Reference 2nd video in Installation Instructions section.)

Installation is easy! See installation instructions below.

**Buyer is responsible to confirm their coin door uses this Suzo-Happ button type (replacement for button only in 42-0517 assembly, no housing included), as some export/reimport games may have had coin doors changed/modified.**

The X-jet plastic in UXM is boring. It depicts the X-jet -- famous for its Vertical Take-Off & Landing (VTOL) capability -- sitting on the ground, getting refueled. This bird belongs in the air! Rocket City Pinball's takeoff / landing scene brings the X-Jet to life, with a die-cast x-jet model flying low above its landing pad, kicking up a swirling cloud of dust.

Two choices of landing pad are available -- a light blue pad with purple and blue accents, to emulate the landing pad depicted on the original plastic; or a concrete gray pad with yellow and white accents, to appear more 'realistic'. The light blue pad includes a transparent red bottom which gives it an edge-lit appearance when lit from the bulb below.

The jet is available with red LEDs wired into canopy and engines, which tap into power from the game's GI. (These lights will pulse or blink whenever the GI does, but typically it's fully on.)

Fits all versions of the game.

See Installation Instructions section for DIY video.

Special thanks to FelixTheCrazy for the model I updated & modified to create the cloud.

Details matter -- and Rocket City Pinball believes in changing and/or hiding OEM hardware to better match each game's art package!

In Uncanny X-Men, the Danger Room has several caution-stripe accents on the plastics & target. In this area are two star posts, four skinny posts, and several ugly silver hex spacers that are begging for an upgrade! RCP had already developed a beautiful yellow/black caution-striped post (for use on games like Jurassic Park, Road Show, and more) -- and so took the next step to clean up the Danger Room.

This 46-piece kit features 16 gorgeous 3D-printed posts and HexSleeves in caution-stripe black & yellow and 30 black screws, washers, & lockwashers to replace the silver ones to complete the cleaner look. These replace and/or cover all the hardware in/around the Danger Room, and also at a Danger Room related plastic in the lower right area of the playfield.

See pictures and installation guide / map for more details. Kit fits all versions of the game (Pro/Prem/LE).

Inspired by the X in the middle of the 2012 X-Men playfield, this gorgeous 3D start button is printed in three different colors (with mid-layer filament changes) and is available in five different color combinations:
- translucent yellow base, white edges, metallic blue X (like the 2012 playfield)
- translucent red base, silver edges, metallic purple X (Magneto colors)
- translucent purple base, silver edges, metallic red X (Magneto colors, reversed)
- translucent yellow, white edges, metallic red X (like the Uncanny playfield)
- translucent green, white edges, metallic gold X (to match the Uncanny Pro cabinet)

The white/silver edges of the X are three-dimensionally sloped, and the X itself is 'tubed' to give it a rounded surface for maximal shine and a pleasing rounded touch.
A complete housing assembly is included to fully replace the small, recessed start button for 2012 X-Men. The new assembly covers the counterbore in the cabinet, leaving you with a clean installation of a larger 1.5" start button! (The housing is not required for 2024 Uncanny X-Men.) A bulb of the corresponding color (warm white, red, purple, or green) is provided to richen the base color when lit.
