This button had to be flashy & sparkly to match the bombastic extravagance of the rest of the game, and was designed to represent the Crocodile Rock glasses (and the shooter rod on the CE), with START in negative space (so it lights up) in a font similar to the backglass. Printed with multiple filaments — including sections with different colors printed on the same layer — the entire button is fused together as one singular piece. The sparkle-red star has a rounded tubular shape (and is printed at extremely small layer thickness) making it smooth and pleasant to the touch. The sparkly silver (or gold) face is backed with a few layers of black to accentuate the lettering and prevent light bleed through.
