Hide that ugly opto sensor and its unsightly wires! Stern decided to position this sensor directly in the player’s field of view — make it disappear into the background with this custom cover, 3D printed in a shiny steel color that blend in with the surrounding ramps & brackets. The cover is printed with some curvature to add to its shine, plus the fastener hole for the screw allows the screw head to sit flush with the surface for a more pleasing appearance.

Installation is very easy and requires only a Phillips-head screwdriver (magnetic tip preferred). Simply remove the silver screw on the opto pad, position the opto cover, and reinstall the screw — it’s that easy!  See Installation Instructions section for a video guide.
