The posts in pinball machines should be part of the art package — not the same old boring white, red, or clear ones used in so many games. These 3D printed plastic posts can refresh & personalize your playfield — choose trim/accent colors to really make them pop!
Rocket City Pinball has designed a custom 3D model post and refined the specific print parameters to maximize its smoothness and shine. Metallic colored posts look like color-anodized metal.
To order:
- Determine the number of posts you need.
- Choose the correct height(s) of the posts you need. Most older games have 1″ or 1-1/8″ posts (or combination of both); 1990s & up typically have 1-1/16″.
- Choose the correct diameter of the posts you need. Most games (old and new) use #6 screws for the posts, but 1990s Bally/Williams games and current JJP games use #8 screws so their posts have larger hole diameters.
- Choose your preferred finish / filament type
- Enter the game name in the field provided
- Enter your color choice(s) / description(s) in the field provided
Upon review of your selections/descriptions, and review of available color inventory (I have over 75 colors in stock with others just a few clicks away), you will be contacted with a picture/preview of the suggested color(s) for your approval prior to production.
Rocket City Pinball’s posts are printed in PLA with 50% infill for exceptional strength. Thousands of RCP posts are in service in customers’ games and there has never been a report of a damaged or broken post.
